Studio Brain™ • Live workshop • Thursday 22 October
Give AI the ingredients it's been missing. Yours.
A live, one-hour workshop on setting up your Studio Brain™ in Claude Code. Your business, your standards and the one file that runs it, in one place the AI reads before every job. Out of your head, and still yours.
Why AI gives you slop
Every new chat starts with a model that has never seen your studio.
Most studio founders I talk to still use AI like this. Open a chat. Type out a message. Explain the missing context. Paste in the extra resources. Get something generic back. Rework it until it's alright.
That's a professional footballer playing in Crocs.
The talent is there. What's missing is everything the studio already knows: who you work with, how you price, what good looks like, what you'd never put your name to. Give the AI that, once, in one place, and it stops starting from zero.
What you'll set up
Three parts. One brain.
/01
The business, in one place.
Who you work with. What you sell and how you price it. Past projects. What you can and can't claim. Right now it's spread across old chats, Drive folders, Notion and your head. It all goes in folders the AI reads.
/02
Your standards, written down.
How you write. What good looks like. What you'd never put your name to. You already have standards. You just never wrote them down. This is the part that stops the output sounding like everyone else's.
/03
One file at the top that runs it.
It tells the AI where everything lives, what to read before which job, and which file wins when two disagree. Claude reads it before every task, so you stop re-explaining.
You'll watch me set each part up, then see my own Studio Brain™ run, the one Dreams Dept works from every day.
What standards, written down, do
Tune Design Office got an entire day back every week.
"We do three of these Sprints a week, so that literally gives us an entire day back to work on our business."
Manually · Alex's stopwatch
3:34:50
Same step · the system
0:02:50
One step of their Sprint report, laid up in InDesign. Alex timed the manual version himself. The system runs on Tune's standards, written down. Tune's is a full system we built together; the brain underneath it is what this workshop sets up.

"What I've been able to implement over the last 5 days would have taken me over a month."
- A new landing page, built and live
- Two lead magnets
- Templates for his carousels and image posts
- A promotion running the next morning
One evening in Bali, Amar and I talked for a few hours, part of it about the folder he'd started building for AI to work from. Five days later he sent me that list, and this line: "definitely worth building a workshop on it."

Who this is for
Studio founders who use AI and are tired of explaining the studio to it.
This is for you if…
- You already use ChatGPT or Claude in the studio
- You rework most of what it gives you
- Your standards live in your head, not on a page
- You'd rather own the setup than rent somebody else's
It isn't for you if…
- You're after a library of prompts
- You won't open Claude Code
- You're hoping a machine will make the judgement calls for you

The Studio Brain™ 1:1.
One hour, one to one, on your own files. We set up your folder, write down your first standards and write your top file together, then go through anything from the workshop you want to see again. Booked at a time that suits you, within two weeks of the workshop.
$800 until the workshop, then $1,200. Three spots. Add it when you check out, below.

Who's running it
I've spent the past decade blending business with product.
Over a decade across design, agencies and software, and these days I build the systems studios run on, out of their own standards. Dreams Dept runs on a Studio Brain™: every post, proposal and page I make starts from it.
This is the first workshop on the road to Out of Hours, Japan 2027.
